A photo essay of Victoria B.C. in late fall. There is a clear visual dialogue between the tumbled beach rocks and the neo-baroque architecture as seen in the parliament building. The coolness of the historic building stock, highlighted by the copper cladding on the dome of the parliament building, borrows from the color of the surrounding waters and shape of the far off, white capped, mountain tops.
